THE CHALLENGESPreviously, PerfectVisions’s workforce data was in multiple solutions and spreadsheets, and reporting was extremely challenging. The company wanted to consolidate its employee data into one comprehensive solution so it could alleviate the need for duplicate entry, improve data reliability, and gain access to strategic workforce reporting. With previous providers, the wholesaler did not have an online job portal or an easy way to manage the workflow for recruitment. In addition, PerfectVision had difficulty communicating with employees in multiple offices or those that travel often.
