The goal of Education Services is to provide high-quality, results-driven training to enable our customers to experience a smooth and successful activation of the solution, improve performance and productivity in the workplace, and take advantage of the rich functionality in UltiPro for maximum, strategic business value.
UltiPro is so easy to activate that many customers choose to attend our full activation training program and take a very active role in their activation, reducing their overall activation costs. Our curriculum prepares our clients, business partners, and employees to activate the UltiPro solution, perform daily operating tasks, and maintain UltiPro. Class schedules are arranged to correspond to the phases of activation.
Depending on the course topics, customers have their choice of training environments—state-of-the-art training centers located through out the United States, mobile facilities so customers can have training come to them, or our growing suite of eLearning, Web-based courses. With in-classroom training, class sizes are kept small, ranging from only 10 to 15 students, ensuring that each student receives individual attention from the instructor and gets the best learning experience. Customers work on their own specially configured workstations and databases, enabling them to follow along with the instructor as well as practice various human resource and payroll functions, hands-on.
With eLearning, you can continue to enhance your UltiPro knowledge without leaving your office. Our eLearning curriculum uses both instructor-led Web conferences and self-paced courseware. These courses build upon the foundation of concepts and knowledge gained in your initial classroom training and can be custom-packaged to meet your UltiPro end-user training needs.
